Gabrielle Dylan Vasquez Put your hands on my waist, pull the fader Run it back with original flavor Cue me up on the twelve on your table Gabrielle was driving real slow for her usual self as she sat in her porche and made her way to school, she wasn't early, well wasn't that early anyway. She wasn't really worried about much or distracted like she normally was for once she just felt nothing as she made her way to school, she has always hated the morning so the drive to school was never ever fun for her. She quickly looked down to her cup holder to see the coffee she'd stopped for one her way to school and took a quick drink from it while she was waiting in some traffic.
She was alarmed when a car behind her flashed her and as the car drove past her she heard the guy shout something at her and as the shock of the man in the car hit her she spilt her coffee of the other seat of her car "Super! Wow that's just super! Gee thanks!" she shouted out in frustration, she quickly carried on driving and pulled over to the side of the road to clean it up as she knew it would get all sticky if she didn't.
It didn't take her long to get into the school parking lot but was a little more annoyed than she had been when she left her house this morning, she just had a feeling it would be one of those days but she just tried to shrug it off and she got out of her car and saw one of the valet's and threw him the keys and shouted to him "Treat her with care" as she left the parking lot and made her way up to the steps with her books in her arms.
She wasn't really paying attention when she almost walked into someone, she looked up to see a friendly face. "Lukkey" she said in a lively tone and seemed a lot happier than before. "How's my favourite basketball player?" she joked with him

Don't let go It's dangerous To turn away From the bonds we built between us
Luke was almost always early for school...well, for the past week he hadn't been, because his car had been getting fixed after he crashed it (oops), so he had to ride with his sister...who was literally the latest person ever. But now, now he had his beautiful black Toyota SUV. It was his pride and joy...okay, not really. He was always crashing it into things, like fences, and such. He usually just ignored the dents and scratches, but then about a month ago he'd crashed it so bad that he literally couldn't. The window shield had completely shattered...so his parents finally convinced him to let it get fixed, which meant he had to be car-less for quite some time. It was definitely annoying, so he was wearing a bright smile as he drove into the parking lot. Oh, how good it was to be behind the wheel of his own car...his own car, which had a brand new wind shield, and less dents than before.
He got out, and started walking towards the school, so happy about his car that he wasn't really watching where he was going...which was probably why he almost walked right into an unsuspecting girl, by the name of Gabrielle. Or maybe she almost walked into him...it didn't really matter. "Gabby!" He said, grinning his white toothed smile. "I'm doing pretty great, actually. How's everyone's favorite cheerleader?" Great was actually a bit of an understatement to how he felt, but he wasn't about to go into detail about how his car was fixed, and everything. He wasn't a shy guy, but he didn't feel the need to ramble on about useless things no one really cared about.

Gabrielle Dylan Vasquez Put your hands on my waist, pull the fader Run it back with original flavor Cue me up on the twelve on your table Gabrielle smiled as he called out her name, she was glad it was luke she'd run into and not some stupid little nerd or freshmen or someone who would have made her morning even worse, although she wasn't mean or bitchy to those other people she didn't hang out with she hated it when they did annoying things like walking into her or spilling things on her so she was known as a mean bitchy cheerleader well by the freshmen and some sophomores. But Luke was an exception.
"Aww little old me, I'm your favourite?" Gabrielle said flirtaciously with a smile, she was feeling better, now and she actually thought that the day would get better and not be one of those nightmare days which she originally thought it might be. "It's getting better" she said to him with a half smile, in the back of her mind she was thinking about that guy who'd shouted at her, given she wasn't the best ever driver but she wasn't a nightmare driver either, unless it's on the freeway which she just hated.
But she was only distracting herself she thought, as she looked up at Luke again and gave her a friendly smile and suggested to him "Walk me in?" as she held her books in her arms, she hated to do it but her bookbag was in her sister's room and she wasn't ready for any of that yet. As it turns out kissing your sister's crush doesn't end with happiness and flowers.

Don't let go It's dangerous To turn away From the bonds we built between us
Luke knew that Gabby wasn't as bitch as some people tried to make her sound. He actually didn't even understand how anyone could not like her...he thought she was probably one of the sweetest people he'd ever met. He secretly suspected the only reason someone could have for not liking her was jealousy, although he would never accuse anyone of being jealous...of course he could see why some girls might be jealous of her. She was beautiful, and she had a good personality, and all of that other stuff girls want.
"Of course you're my favorite." He smiled back at her. He wasn't like those losers, who went around fawning over all the freshman, or better yet, trying to get on their good side just because they're older. It might have been the fact that he was seventeen, and was supposed to be a Junior...or just the fact that he was Luke, and Luke didn't really get nervous easily, or go around trying to impress people, well, not that much. He did sometimes try to impress certain people, but not everyone on earth who was older than him, or of higher status. Plus, his status was pretty high, if he did say so himself...which he did.
"Well, that's good. Wouldn't want a lovely girl like yourself having a bad day, now would we?" He winked a little bit, then held out his hands for her books, feeling like a guy in those old black and white movies. "Of course. I'll carry your books." It sounded very corny to say, and he felt like such a loser, but he didn't really care. He had all his books in a bag slung over her shoulder, and she was bagless, for some reason or another. he wasn't about to ask why.

Gabrielle Dylan Vasquez Put your hands on my waist, pull the fader Run it back with original flavor Cue me up on the twelve on your table Gabrielle just smiled at Luke's comment about her not having a bad day. It was just his way one of the things she loved about hanging out with Luke was his fun partier nature, he wasn't just a jock and she always let him know it, just one of the quirks with their friendship. She always laughed as he held his hands out and offered to carry her books, he was certainly being nice this morning she thought, not that he wasn't usually morning just weren't Gabrielle's thing. She just smirked at him for a second before releasing her grip on her books and placing them in his hands.
She had managed to control herself, managing not to laugh at his movie-cheesy style comment about carrying her books to joke "Thanks romeo" she just had a quick glance around the front steps of the building for a second to see if anyone else was around, she wasn't looking for anyone in particular just curious, but didn't see anyone interesting she turned back around and looked up at Luke again "So have you been behaving yourself?" she said slyly, one of the things that stood out about their friendship was their party habits, but she hadn't been out with him in a while.
Thinking about it she suddenly asked him "I know! You've been holding out on me? You've been partying with out me, I'm hurt" she said loosely, wondering what kind of reaction she would get from him although she wasn't usually this comic or outgoing this early she assumed he was just bringing it out in her.

He couldn't help but smile as she called him Romeo...Romeo and Juliet was his favorite Shakespeare play, other than Hamlet....Hamlet would forever be his all time favorite. There were just so many wonderful characters, though Ophelia was probably his favorite, especially when she went crazy. But, still, Romeo and Juliet was truly a lovely play, even if Hamlet was a bit better. Not that he would ever let anyone know that he liked either one...even Gabby.
"Of course not. I never behave myself." He smiled a crooked smile. It was true...the reason he crashed his car so much was usually due to alcohol consumption...and just reckless driving in general. He was definitely a partier...although he wasn't so bad he let it control the rest of his life, or anything like that. He never didn't go to school because of a hang over...he just ignored the throbbing head ache, or took a advil.
He opened his mouth in a surprised way, and put his hand that wasn't occupied by her book to his chest. "Well, maybe if you asked me to party with you more I wouldn't have to do it by myself! You know it's not fun without you anyway." He was smiling a little bit...he knew that she wasn't a morning person, so it kind of surprised him that she was able to joke and laugh this early...although it was definitely a good thing. He liked her when she was happy.

Gabrielle Dylan Vasquez Put your hands on my waist, pull the fader Run it back with original flavor Cue me up on the twelve on your table 'of course you don't' she thought to herself as she heard him say he never behaved and she knew it was true, She loved partying with Luke he was always the life and soul but was able to control his partying habits which not all of her people she partied with could do. She saw it as a blessing really no one likes to party with someone who is out of control.
'Well, maybe if you asked me to party with you more I wouldn't have to do it by myself! You know it's not fun without you anyway' she heard him say she chuckled to herself and decided to make a funny comment back to him as she could see he was in charm mode. "Awww Lukey you know I love you like a fat kid loves cake you don't need to charm little old me" she smiled at her comment, almost impressed with herself.
'I really need some coffee' she thought to herself as she remembered the coffee she had attempted to drink whilst she was driving, which was just a complete failure. Which reminded her of something. "Hey sweety how's your baby? she all better? no more accidents?" she asked him about his car, she knew he had a habit of having accidents which she couldn't really understand as she always thought he was a better driver than she was. But she would never admit that.
It only took her an almost split second for her caffeine intake to start to bug her, she really needed to coffee to be 'with the world' it was probably the only thing that helped with her early morning classes and sometimes even snuck some into her first class, you aren't actually allowed drinks in classes but what the teachers don't know about won't hurt them at least that's what Gabrielle thought.

Luke couldn't help but chuckle a little bit at her comment. He'd heard that one before, but not directed towards him... "You must love me a lot, then." He said, with a little bit of a wink. He didn't say anything in reply, for the simple fact that he couldn't think of anything that ingenious to tell her how much he loved her. He just wasn't that original...especially not early in the morning.
"She's doing better. I just got her back today, my parents finally convinced me to get the dents taken out...well, we much as they could take them out." He laughed a bit, but shrugged. He liked the way his car looked...despite the dents, and scratches, and the fact that there were always fast food wrappers everywhere. He knew that if there was one thing he and Gabby had in common it was probably the fact that neither one of them were great drivers...actually, they were both pretty horrible at it.
It was then that he noticed she didn't have any coffee. "Hey, how are you functioning without some caffeine in your system?" He sounded surprised, but he was really just teasing. It seemed everyone around him was a total caffeine addict, but he didn't really need the stuff. He didn't drink coffee on a regular basis, or anything else with caffeine in it.

Gabrielle Dylan Vasquez Put your hands on my waist, pull the fader Run it back with original flavor Cue me up on the twelve on your table 'you must love me alot then' she heard Luke say she just smiled and said nothing to his comment, it was true she loved having Luke as a friend as was always there for him and felt she could rely on him too, she didn't give her trust easily but he'd been lucky enough to earn it and didn't mind letting him know now and again, not all the time though she wouldn't want to raise his ego too much.
Gabrielle just smiled to herself gracefully as she hard Luke tell her about his car, it wasn't often she saw it looking it ultimate best but was pleased Luke had it taken in. "Aww she just needs some TLC" she said about his car, it was true one of the things Gabrielle loved having elite status at her school was the valet service she knew her baby would be cared for and treated with care, she rarely ever found any marks or scratches on it.
She just let out a girly laugh when he asked her about her caffeine, it was true she was really starting to feel the lack of caffeine in her system, and knew if the incident earlier hadn't of happened she'd have coffee still, she finally said "Oh there was incident on my way to school - don't ask - I'm barely standing" she smiled slightly as she thought about it for a second she really wanted a coffee and she knew that Luke knew about her need for caffeine especially this early in the morning she suggested "Come to the coffee stand with me?" she was just thankful the stand was just outside of the school grounds it wouldn't take long to walk even if Luke had to run inside she could just quickly walk over.
